From bad to worse. See above.
Description of Work: During kitchen remodel, our contractor ordered a dumpster from this company. As we're in a residential urban neighborhood, we ordered a specific pick up date. No pick up occurred, as promised. Dumpster left over a weekend in our driveway, blocking access to two garages and inconveniencing neighbors. Called on Monday. Was told they would pick up, then didn't come Monday either (as promised). Contractor has spent hours each day on hold or on phone with their office. Very non-responsive. Make assurances that they do not keep. Told all day yesterday that truck was on the road and coming. Never showed. Contractor spent another two hours on phone today. Finally reached a supervisor who promised pick up by 1 pm today. Still waiting. . .This is five days now. Don't know the cost as I didn't order directly, but wouldn't recommend this company under any circumstances. Dumpster arrived very dirty, left large clumps of dirt and mud on entrance to the driveway. Dreadful company; dreadful service. Avoid.

SERVICE IS GENERALLY SATISFACTORY. THEY OCCASIONALLY MISS A TRASH CAN OR REFUSE TO PICK ONE UP. RULES FOR NUMBER OF CANS AND TYPES OF RUBBISH/GREENS CAN BE QUITE STRINGENT.

THE TRASH MEN ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND NEVER FORGET US.
Description of Work: PRICE IS FOR EVERY 2 MONTHS. TRASH AND RECYCLES ARE PICKED UP AT CURBSIDE EVERY WEDNESDAY.

WE DO FEEL THAT THEY OFFER GREAT SERVICE. WE HAVE HAD A FEW TIMES WHEN WE HAVE BEEN MISSED ON OUR REGULAR DAY. IF WE GET HOME FROM WORK IN TIME, AND THEIR OFFICE IS STILL OPEN WHEN WE CALL, THEY DO COME BACK OUT THAT DAY TO PICK UP THE TRASH. WE ARE A FAMILY OF 6 SO THAT IS IMPORTANT TO US.

THERE IS NOT A LOT I CAN SAY ABOUT TRASH PICK-UP. THERE IS ONLY 1 COMPANY SERVING THIS AREA SO I DON'T HAVE ANOTHER CHOICE. IF I DID I WOULD AT LEAST TRY ANOTHER COMPANY.

THEY HAVE BEEN SERVICING OUR DUMPSTER FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. A COUPLE WEEKS AGO, THEY EVEN DUMPED THE DUMPSTER WHEN IT HAD BEEN MOVED ABOUT 1/4 OF A MILE DUE TO CONSTRUCTION ON OUR STREET, THE DRIVER JUST LOOKED FOR IT UNTIL HE FOUND IT.
