+ -1 moreTHEY WERE PROMPT IN RESPONDING TO MY PHONE CALLS. THEY TOOK MOST OF THE DAY TO DO THE OUTSIDE WINDOWS ON MY TWO STORY HOUSE. I THOUGHT THE JOB THAT THEY DID WAS BETTER THAN I WOULD HAVE DONE MYSELF.

+ -1 moreSOME OF THE WINDOWS IN THIS HOUSE ARE VERY HIGH AND HARD TO REACH, BUT VICTORY DID A GOOD JOB OF GETTING THEM CLEAN. I HAVE USED THEM FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. HOWEVER, THE LAST TIME I CALLED FOR SERVICE I WAS TOLD THE NEW PRICE WAS FAR HIGHER THAN I HAD BEEN PAYING. I RECOMMEND VICTORY, BUT ONLY AFTER YOU GET OTHER BIDS TO BE SURE YOU ARE NOT OVER PAYING.
Description of Work: CLEANED THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF ALL THE WINDOWS IN THE HOUSE. THIS IS A TWO STORY HOUSE WITH HIGH CEILINGS AND A LOT OF WINDOWS.
