When I informed the lady Sally at Trendwest that we went with another company, her response, incredibly, was "Well I guess we just wasted a bunch of time on you then." I was glad to go with another company because if you're having conflicts prior to signing, you're sure to have them after. I think Trendwest is a sadly unprofessional company.
Description of Work: We were looking for a pool remodel: new plaster, tile, coping, and a new water feature. We wanted a company who could handle all these items. Because of the lack of response and professionalism, we did not use this company but wanted to post information. We bid four companies and Trendwest was by far the slowest in responding. I called several times to get the bid. After weeks of clarifying and trying to get further information (some that never) came, we went with another company based on price, start time, work time, and professionalism. They were the highest in price, longest start time and work time. Professionalism?
