Edgar and his team were amazing to work with. He was thorough, organized and very responsive to my questions through out. And despite me adding on a few items was done in timely manner. I will be not only hiring him and his team again, but sharing with my friends as well when they come for the holidays and see my beautiful new house!

Fantastic! Team Renovate did a beautiful job, exactly what we wanted. The quality of the work done was top shelf excellence, they were super easy to work with and even offered ideas and solutions to our original plan. When the work day was done, they cleaned up any mess and clutter. Besides the work that was done you wouldn’t even know they had been there, a bin big plus. I highly recommend Team Renovate ([*** Link removed ***] We were looking for a contractor who could upgrade our kitchen by moving around the appliance configuration and redirecting the bathroom entrance. This was our initial plan due to our budget. After interviewing contractors and reviewing their bids, we almost hired a contractor that was high-priced, but available. At the last ditch effort, I contacted Edgar Neria because we saw work done and posted in a local social media post. Edgar called me in a timely manner, scheduled an appointment and then asked what he can do for us. I didn't have to sit through a 90-minute contractor show. I gave him the simple scope of the plan because I thought the job I really wanted done would be too much for our budget, based on previous contractor bids. I wanted to redirect the bathroom entrance only, however, he looked at the space and gave me a way better idea. He took the measurements, asked questions, and told me he would have a proposal and quote ready for me. His quote came in, lower than every other bid AND included the extra items I wanted. Prior to the start of the actual work, I was able to work with a designer (who is awesome) and he told me how many workers would be at my house daily. On the first day, the workers introduced themselves, Miguel Ochoa is the lead in my project, and for the project's lifetime, which was about 3 months, is my new bestie. My family was home the entire time of construction. Demolition was quick and surprisingly clean. They always left the work area clean when they finished their day and came back on time the next day. If they were not able to come in on a specific day due to another job site, Edgar would send me a message or call me to let me know. They made sure that we were able to live in the house while under construction. The final product came out better than envisioned. There were additions during the project which was nice because they listened to every request I had with no objections. Even with the additional requests, the final invoice was still lower than the other bids. We are extremely happy with this company and the team that is behind it. They have been rehired to upgrade our upstairs area.

Team Renovate is great to work with, and I would highly recommend. Communication was excellent, everyone on the team is not only very nice, but highly knowledgable. They take care around your home when they are working, as well as clean up as they go. I would hire them again, no question.

Edgar and his team were AMAZING!!! He had painted the interior of our home when we first moved in, and so he was the first contractor I called. The preparation/care/clean-up was beyond professional; all of the taping - OMG so much, and so expertly done. At the reveal (all of the protective material was removed) I was floored. He exceeded my expectations. My kitchen is a show stopper, I can't stop smiling... about cabinets!!!

It went excellent. I have used Team renivate, Edgar Neri for years and have always been completely satisfied with his workmanship, work ethic and his team. He is always prompt, on time, very thorough, explains the project and time frames, dies great prep work and leaves the home clean. I have referred them to all my friends and clients and they all thank me for the referral and compliment the work that was performed.
