If you are reading this, then we already have something in common! Where you are now, searching for a remodeling contractor that you can really trust, we have been! After spending at least two years of planning, researching and creating a large notebook full of product information, pictures from magazines etc., we began to look for a company that would help us turn our wishes and dreams into a reality. Lucky for us and now for you, Superior Kitchen & Bath was and is the company that can and will do just that. Our kitchen and bath was truly the "ugly duckling" but after hiring Superior Kitchen & Bath, it has been transformed into a "swan!" What fun it has been, and still is, to watch the reaction of those who see the results of our remodel now! Their mouths drop open in a quiet and shocked stun when they walk in and view the beautiful results! The only way we could have ended up with such rewarding results was by finding and hiring Superior Kitchen & Bath. From the very first appointment with Tom (Owner/CEO) and Jeremy (Director of Sales & Marketing) we knew, after interviewing them in our home and by the way they responded to our questions and concerns that this was definitely going to be the company that would bring us the best "bang for our buck!" We had interviewed others, but knew after that visit that we were now finally dealing with people with integrity and skill! It just kept getting better as we spent a great deal of time looking over a notebook full of ideas and planning details out on a CAD program in Tom's office. Tom really cares and makes you feel like you are important enough for him to give his time and patience which is required to get things planned out right. Tom is very kind, considerate and trustworthy. He goes out of his way to make sure his clients to be happy with the end results! In other words, your goals and his goals are the same. Then there is the icing on the cake, Eric (Project Superintendent/Architect) is the foreman on the job! Wow! What a bonus that is to have the foreman know every single detail of the job because he drew up the plans! Eric also knows how to do anything and everything and his crew highly respects him. Therefore...jobs are done right or they will be done until they are! There are no short cuts taken because Eric is detail oriented and thorough. What a relief it was to know that we could always count on him to be in charge of the work being done and those doing it. We never wondered or waited for Eric and/or his crew to show up every day. Work began early every morning and they worked the majority of the time without even stopping to take a lunch break! We could trust this team whether we were home or not. Eric was also able to see additional opportunities for upgrades, such as more space behind a wall to use for a seat in the shower, as well as pointing out things to us that needed to be taken care of when the walls were gutted, such as a leak from the upstairs bathroom that only discovered when opening up a kitchen wall down below! "Thank You, Eric!!!" The cherry on the top is Rhi, the Project Manager. She is the one who will call and or email you almost daily with the schedule and updates. Rhi keeps track of it all. She is so good at her job that she reminds us of the character, "Radar" on the hit sitcom of Mash! Another benefit that made us glad that we went with Superior Kitchen & Bath was that a huge cabinet shop is attached to them that allowed us to design our cabinets to what ever size of drawers and cabinets we wanted. We didn't have to design our remodel to fit pre-ordered cabinets, but instead we could have cabinets made any way we wanted, to fit what we had designed!!! It costs more but you indeed get what you pay for and since we only want to do this one time...you get what you pay for! We also enjoyed working with Kim and Gretchen, the interior designers, who helped us finalize our ideas into something grand. By choosing Superior Kitchen & Bath, we were able to save a great deal of money by choosing from a list, a granite company for our countertops and having the opportunity to walk through a warehouse and choosing a slab/slabs verses ordering it from a big box store. They also helped us by giving us names of sub-contractors that we could trust and hired to do such things as the stair banister and surround sound system, that they do not do. Superior Kitchen & Bath would have completed our remodel on time or even early if it had not been delayed by a flooring company, that we the home owners had chosen to do business with instead of one that they recommended, which caused a lot of headaches for everyone! Now that we are done with our remodeling, we are so relieved that we hired Superior Kitchen & Bath, especially when we hear about all the bad experiences friends have had with other companies. Superior Kitchen & Bath is the company we will use again to remodel a couple more bathrooms in our home, in the near future. We count all those at Superior Kitchen & Bath as a great blessing to us. Not only have they created friendships with us and are very dear to our hearts, but also have created a home that our family and friends will enjoy for years to come! The cabinets are wonderful and the kitchen looks good overall. We had a little bit of an issue of them not showing up when they were supposed to, especially towards the end of the project.

OUTSTANDING in all categories. We couldn't have picked a better company. From the start of the job to the completion Rhea, the project coordinator, kept us informed on a daily basis of the work schedule and who would be at our home. All Superior Kitchen employees were kind, thoughtful and considerate of all our needs. The workers were highly professional, the workmanship was excellent and the complete job was done within the estimated time and budget. The owner, Tom Martin, was a hands-on individual and his foreman, Eric, oversaw "attention to detail" in all aspects of the job. Louis, Mike and Bryan, the other main members of the team, were professional in all areas and did outstanding work. I highly recommend Superior Kitchen and Bath. This company exceeded all our expectations. EVERY person associated with this company did everything they could to make our remodel the very best and they did an outstanding job. They are the best at what they do!!!

The quality was excellent. They were very creative with the design, working with the owner of the company. They had a lot of flexibility with design changes. Their prices were mid-range of the other companies. They were very prompt, the workers were able to adjust quickly to change and their follow up and overall promptness was excellent. The real advantage was dealing with the owner directly. The workers were also very professional and courteous.

Demolition was no problem but when it got to the point where the new window was to go in, we realized that the original drawings were wrong and did not show a large post that could not be easily reworked. The supervisor improvised and we changed where the window would go so that there was no conflict. This was only one example of the superb work and supervision that took place at every stage of the project.

From the beginning, Superior's people were so easy to deal with. They came up with a half dozen different drawings for us to look at with no charge or obligation, and we went from there. Once a basic design was established, they had drawings done and applied for a permit. Meanwhile, they assigned an interior designer to help with artistic choices. She was invaluable in helping to decide on colors, materials, and lighting. Superior suggested an appliance dealer and also a plumbing company to help with selections. We obtained good discounts for our purchases and the items were held and delivered to Superior when ready for install. I compared prices online and in other stores to determine we were receiving great prices. They coordinated with sub-contractors for the granite, wood floor, and painting. I was able to place the templates on the granite to show off the best aspects the way I wanted. All of Superior's suggestions were so helpful, from lighting placement for optimum functionality and ambiance to suggestions for placement of appliances to improve traffic flow. Outside of some unforeseen delays concerning our electric and the permit, which were outside Superior's control, the project was finished on time. Their workers are intelligent and helpful, and were always courteous, friendly, and neat, cleaning up after themselves every day. The foreman, Eric is a definite asset to the company; he is a fount of knowledge, anticipating whatever we needed, based on our lifestyle and tastes. We are so very happy with our kitchen! We cannot believe how much space we have and I love my island! I never imagined they could give us so much counter and storage space. I also love what they did in our small guest bathroom. I no longer feel I need to apologize to guests for lack of space for them to set toiletries. Friends, neighbors, and family have been totally blown away by the changes Superior made to our little beach home.

The experience totally exceeded our expectations. Our first contact was with a young man named Jeremy who came out and did the measuring. He presented an estimate which was so detailed and left nothing unknown so we knew exactly what we were getting and signing on for. We also saw a sample of their cabinetry which made us choose them. We had a detailed schedule. Workers were prompt and skilled at their job. The whole thing was just super!
