I can't say enough good things about Mark & Superior Bobcat. The price was about half of the other bids, and the work was top notch. We've had him back 3-4 more times for additional work. On top of this, he's a super nice guy. So happy we found him!
Description of Work: Mark graded our very large backyard perfectly, and removed several loads of dirt and debris (and will remove more in the next few months (when we can afford it). He also graded our front yard, and did a majority of a turf install in our backyard.

We called Mark at Superior Bobcat to see if he could move some large rocks in our front yard. We were running up on a deadline, and he was happy to fit us in on short notice. He came out this morning (3/30/2016) and moved the rocks exactly where we wanted them to go, and then he cleaned up afterward. Fair price, friendly, punctual, and professional. He's definitely our go-to guy if we need anything moved (e.g., more rocks, dirt) or something bigger (e.g., grading) in the future. Highly recommended!

Theresa is very nice. Made an appointment to meet with her husband. He did not show up. Called Theresa the next day. She said they were going out of town for the weekend and would call on Monday to reschedule. She did not call.

Top notch. Go no further, just call Theresa and book Mark for your job. Then relax, it will be done on time, very professionally, and at a competitive price. He goes the extra mile to get it done on time. He does a great job at a fair price. San Diego needs more people like them, awesome.
Description of Work: They removed a block wall and footing, dug 130 feet of footing and hauled tailing's away.

MARK WAS EASY TO WORK WITH AND PROFESSIONAL. HIS ESTIMATE WAS FAXED TO ME THE SAME DAY. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WORKED VERY QUICKLY. HE'S AN EXPERT WITH HIS EQUIPMENT. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF ALL CONTRACTORS WERE AS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.
