+ -1 moreShaun submitted a bid to complete about 107 lf of wall. The time to complete was 2 weeks. Shaun was behind schedule from day one. The only schedule he made was ones to pick up checks. Initially, material was delivered late, then he had another project and had to fit us in. Then, the wall wasn't per the contract. The contract was for a 3 foot wall, but parts were only 2.5 feet due to the slope of the lot. In Shaun's defense, we did delay him one week for electrical. BUT THE PROJECT TOOK 3 MONTH!! At one point, when we complained about his lack of progress, he threatened my wife with a lien against our house, even though all our payments had been made for work performed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS. HE IS A SCAMMER!
Description of Work: Needed a freestanding mason wall and some pillasters built.
