 + -1 moreAdded downspouts and gutters. Material warranty 100 years and labor warranty for 3 years. The work caused drainage issues. I called in winter 2007 to have them come out. They did and put caulking into one corner that was leaking. Each visit required numerous calls. They do not show up on time or as scheduled. They twice showed up totally unannounced. Called back to have the other leaking corner fixed. I called three times. The fourth time they said they knew I was calling and apologized. When they finally could come out, the time did not work for us. The workman came anyway and did not get the message. They showed up while we were having a gathering. They have not called or shown up again. I will seek another company to do the work from Angie's List.
Description of Work: March 29, 2005; installed additional gutters and adjusted old gutters.

 + -1 moreExcellent job. The crew was professional and had several samples of the final gutters to get the right match. Great job. The gutters work well. We are very pleased.
Description of Work: Tom Ruocco inspected the roof and wrote the estimate. The work had to be delayed until the roof was installed and the outside painting completed. I called the company when the roof was completed and they came out the next day.

 + -1 moreWORK PERFORMED WAS NOT UP TO STANDARD. RAINWATER WOULD NOT DRAIN CORRECTLY. THEY WERE CALLED BACK AND EVENTUALLY TRIED TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT IT REALLY IS NOT A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: INSTALLED RAIN GUTTERS AROUND PERIMETER OF HOUSE. INCLUDED TWO DOWNSPOUTS.
