Excellent job, came in with product and installed eight sets of blinds on my windows and vertical blinds across my sliding glass door. It took Ron approximately 1 hour to complete the job and it looks excellent.

The cost was only slightly more than what Home Depot charged us about 10 years ago for just the living room. Ron was very personable, was quick and efficient both during the estimate visit and when the blinds were installed.

This company is a one man show with the assistance of his son. It is hard to get him scheduled (there was an extreme conversation about this subject and if the product had not already been ordered, I would have backed out completely) and on time, but aimable once he is there. I felt like he shut down all of our ideas for window coverings and went with his recommendation. I am not dis-satisfied, but thought a different option might have worked better than he advised. One set of windows did not turn out as I thought they would, but work just fine. There was a bit of a problem after the install that took many conversations just to get a fix.

He came out and discussed different options. He made a recommendation which I liked. They were installed 2 weeks later. He was prompt, professional and I would use him again.

I called Ron on the week of the New Year's holiday, and was pleased to have a quick response to take care of our problem. After a discussion over the phone, and me taking some measurements, he arrived with the product that we needed. His curtain rod was superior to the one we had previously installed, and hopefully, will correct the chronic problem of the curtain sticking as we opened and closed it. Great, courteous service - we will call him in the future for window coverings.

Ron and his son installed shutters for 18 windows in our house. They were efficient, friendly, and our windows look great.

He was very helpful in providing sample books; meeting me at three different locations to accommodate my schedule. He met his commitments and followed through on everything he said he would do, which is something I value highly. The quality of the drapes and the repairs was excellent. I don't have much experience with purchasing drapes, so I don't have a sense of how competitive his prices are.

Ron was prompt in coming out to give me an estimate on the job. He discussed the width of the horizontal blinds and we decided the larger 2 1/2 inch size would work best for me. He took measurements and we selected colors. I was originally replacing one vertical and three horizontal but decided to do the other vertical and horizontal because the price was less than I expected. I had another estimate which was only slighter higher but Ron was easy to work with. The blinds were ready in a little over 2 weeks and installed by Ron's son. They looked pretty good. The horizontals are loud when pulled up, but I was told this was normal because they are large slats and clack against each other when raising. I noticed later that afternoon after installation that the rails on both verticals were scratched. I called immediately and Ron made it out a few days later. He said that this was the first complaint he received about scratches on the rails but agreed to replace them. It took about 5 weeks and several phone calls from me to get both rails replaced. I would have given Ron "A's" for responsiveness and professionalism if it hadn't taken me so many calls to get the defective rails replaced. He is quite busy but taking 5 weeks to replace 2 rails when it only took half that time to initially get 6 new blinds installed is not excellent responsiveness for this job. The new rails look fine and don't have the scratches that the original ones had.

Ron Allen was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and well priced. Honest guy doing a good job on window coverings in San Diego. Our windows are a bit complicated because our house is old, windows are very old and no 2 windows are alike - size, openings, etc. He had great solutions, installed quickly, quietly and at a good price. We are very happy and love our new blinds and shades.

Ron did a great job. The blinds were perfect and he got them very quickly. I would use him again.
