Called Ribbit (I'm already a customer on a 3 month cycle) and told them I have a bee problem. There was already a scheduled visit in a week so I said go ahead and take care of the problem. We figured it was one hive. A week later the hive/bees were gone. I never saw Ribbit as the work was all external. They billed me and the $200 seemed like a very reasonable price.

I've been using these guys for over 10 years. They come out 4 times a year and charge a very reasonable rate. When the tenants upstairs had a sudden baby spider infestation Ribbit sent someone right out for free! That's customer service. I continue to use them and will continue to use them.

Larry was exactly on time and very knowledgeable. I was a little surprised that he didn't remove the honey, but when I think about it, he is an exterminator, not a chimney sweep.
Description of Work: My mother's fifty year old house had bees in the hood over her stove that had gotten in from the vent in the roof. Larry from Ribbit went up on the roof and sprayed the bees. He also stated that the spray worked against ants which sometimes are attracted to dead bees. I will have to wait a few days and remove the bees from the fan and hire someone else to remove the honey if there is some.

NOW FIRST SERGEANT LARRY GRANT USMC, RTD, REALLY KNOW HOW TO HUNT DOWN THOSE SIX LEGGED HOSTILES IN INDIAN COUNTRY. HE USES A PASTE WHICH HE APPLIES IN THE CABINETS. IT IS HIGHLY EFFECTIVE.
Description of Work: I HAD A COCKROACH INFESTATION IN ONE OF MY APARTMENT UNITS. SO THEIR SERVICE WAS NEEDED.

WE HAD LOTS OF ANTS IN AND AROUND THE HOUSE, BUT RIBBIT TOOK CARE OF OUR PROBLEM. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL. THEY PROVIDE US WITH A MONTHLY SERVICE FOR ALL PESTS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND RIBBIT TO ALL FOR YOUR PESTS.

THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT AND EVEN COME OUT LATER THAN NORMAL HOURS WHEN A PROBLEM ARISES (SUDDEN ANT INVASION). THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE AREA AND LET US KNOW OF THE RISKS INVOLVED AFTER THEY SPRAY.
