Honest. Told me I was fine and didn’t need any work on my foundation

At this stage we only had a screening and they need to come back in 6 months to see if things are actually moving. The foundation specialist was very smart, comunicative, giving meaningful advises and explanations. He took great care of doing a thorough set of measurements of the house.

Kyle was great from the first visit to view our problem to the completion. Always willing to answer questions. He really impressed our HOA when he came to a Saturday meeting to explain what was to be done. Bravo. G did wonders on that Bobcat and putting in the piers. Jack did great work on the repair of the crack. Each of these men were professional, answered all of our questions along the way and the clean up was impressive.

RamJack was professional and willing to work with me and the structural engineer. They were quick to deal with unforeseen challenges that arose during the repair and tried to stay in budget (although ultimately there were additional charges that I agreed to.) I was very impressed with how quickly the work was completed. If only the rest of my repairs had gone so smoothly! That said, always budget a bit more time and a bit more money than they quote you. It will temper your disappointment when the unknown arises. :)

Ram Jack is an extremely professional company who believes in customer satisfaction. After an initial consultation, they performed an extensive analysis of the foundation and developed a comprehensive stabilization plan. Their crews are impressive; they are hard working, courteous, and technically knowledgeable which enables them to thoroughly explain each step of the project. Throughout the process, the General Manager, Owners and Engineers personally came out and checked on the progress of the project. This is the only company I found that provides a lifetime warranty of their work. I would highly recommend this company for any foundation issues.

I was very impressed with Ram Jack Pacific. Scheduling a consultation was quick and easy. Mike Ginn was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He was able to quickly assess my problem and recommend the best (and most cost efficient remedy). I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and am happy to recommend them.

Results are good. Only glitch is their pumping machine broke mid-job. That made a one day job take perhaps 15 hours over two days.

Upon our initial contact with Ram Jack General Manager Kyle Zauss, we were immediately impressed with his professional approach to completing an extensive elevation profile on our home. Kyle explained in detail the time line, costs and customer requirements required for each phase of the project to be successful. Kyle then presented and discussed with us a detailed foundation profile and service plan that properly identified all areas requiring void fill, push pier or helical pier projects. Once the project was set in motion, Kyle ensured that all change orders were thoroughly explained prior to any action being taken. Throughout the project Kyle kept us updated and was also present for our final inspection where he provided us with specific details on the project that could easily have been overlooked by the customer. Andrew Nears performed meticulously as Crew Chief, equipment operator and the Go-To person whose responsibilities included the preparation, operation and supervision to ensure a safe and clean working area. His attention to detail made possible the error free installation of steal piers, the removal and the put back of concrete and earth filled areas to their original state. In addition, Andrew provided us with daily updates and monitored all on-site activity which included a through clean-up so that our home was returned to its state prior to the project beginning. Jack Johnson is definitely the MAN when it comes to the technical knowledge concerning 2-part polymer void fill, repairing cracks with epoxy and the placement of carbon staples. Jack is a high quality employee and his customer care attitude is definitely an asset to the Ram Jack organization. A special mention of thanks to Steve & Scott who also visited our home during the operation which reinforced our feeling that RAM JACK MANAGEMENT CARES! Initially worked with Kyle to hammer out the contract (wonderful, very knowledgable) and then their crew of Andrew, Jack, Victor and Alex came- same guys every day. They were punctual, professional, left the work area clean each day = super crew! Things came up during the work, but were dealt with quickly and expertly. Would hire this group back for any additional work that falls within their work scope.

I'm not going lie we had some ups and down with this company. However, the ups have been outweighed by the downs. Any problems that we brought were corrected in a very professional matter that actually changed how we felt. The product that they offer is amazing and sells itself. For us the quality of installation was not equal to the product. However, the manager came out and personally saw to all of the corrections. He worked with us in a way that didn't make us feel stupid when we had questions and educated us on ways to make minor repairs we had found in our walls (not a result from the foundation repair). He did everything to make sure we, as the customer, were actually happy with our total experience with RamJack. The customer service and the quality of the product really make up for a not ideal installation. I would recommend this company but make sure that you are available when the work is done to avoid miscommunications.
