Description of Work: They came when agreed upon, stripped the old wood shake roof, made the necessary repairs and replaced the roof, installed 8 Solatubes and installed new gutters around the house. I had received other quotes however John's was the best. Very punctual and professional. I will continue to do business with him in the future.

Description of Work: Installed a new roof prior to our solar installation. Also installed skylights during the roofing and rain gutters after the roof installation. PRS did a wonderful job: from the initial meetings and discussion of the types of roofing options, interface with the solar contractor, on time roof installation, high quality workmanship,and clean up at the site were all done with a high degree of care and pride. Description of Work: Jose was our repairman. Professional Roofing Services contact me ahead of time with his name. He was prompt, quick, clean, and answered all of my questions. He completed the repair on our turbine and then inspected the other turbine. Instead of selling us a second new turbine, he suggested that we could wait and that it would last for a few years to come. I appreciate the honesty!

Description of Work: John Houge came out to my house and gave me a bid on replacing fascia board and fix the back part of my roof and rain gutters. His bid was fair and he seemed to have a lot of expertise in roofing. Problems arose when I decided to hire him for the job but he wouldn't make the time to stop by my house for me to sign a contract. I left messages and made an appointment with his office assistant. He never showed up for the appointment and never called me back. I would guess that John Houge lacks professional and basic courtesy. I see his ads all over the place and he has won awards, but lacks the quality of a true professional.

Description of Work: Took off existing tiles. Replace all wood, felt etc on house and patio. Re-used most of existing tile and replaced some with new. Perfect match. Yes, I would use them again and plan to. 'Professional' is their name and Professional is the service they provide. I researched and had many quotes, glad I had them do the job. We had a dog issue, which all workers worked around. Thanks.
