Description of Work: Remove old water feature. Design new sheer descent water feature install new deck lighting and bench seat. remove deck sealant and instal new. match all colors and textures to old. Acid wash pool.

 + 1 moreWe hired Paul Varner of Premium Pool Construction to redo our back deck and pool. We love the result, which included removing a fire pit and adding a fountain area. Paul was very easy to work with. I have strong opinions on some aesthetic points, and he realized this ? asking for my opinion on design related issues. We made several changes to our original contract, but felt comfortable doing so. He would explain to us if anything involved additional costs, so we could add that information to our decision-making process. Paul did great work ? even correcting things like an ?uneven? pool, which took him additional time. He likes to do quality work and constantly trained his employees to hone their skills. We had 8 bids. Paul was not the least expensive, but we definitely made the right choice
Description of Work: Completely redid the deck and pool (took out prior concrete deck and pool, changed drainage system on deck, took out fire pit) leveled pool, retiled barbeque area, created fountain area and installed fountain.
