Description of Work: WANTED THEM TO REMOVE TOP DECKING (PVC) REMOVE ROOFING MATERIAL, REPLACE TERMITE & WATER DAMAGED WOOD AND GUTTERS.

 + -1 moreMR. PERRY IS EASY TO WORK WITH, POLITE AND KEEPS IN CLOSE TOUCH WITH HIS CUSTOMERS. HE IS PUNCTUAL ON HIS APPOINTMENTS AND SO ARE THE WORKERS. THEY ARE ALSO DILIGENT ABOUT FINISHING A JOB, AND SHOW UP ON CONSECUTIVE DAYS UNTIL THE JOB IS DONE. THEY ARE QUIET, DO THEIR WORK, AND CLEAN UP AFTER EACH DAY. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR RESPONSIVENESS, RELIABILITY AND THE GOOD QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. WE WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN FOR REPAIRS AND REMODELING.
Description of Work: INSTALLED TWO FRENCH DOORS, REMOVED WATER DAMAGED WOOD, REPLACED DOOR THRESHOLD, TRIM, FRAME, INSTALLED LOCKSETS AND REPAIRED WATER DAMAGED DOOR FRAMES ON ANOTHER DOOR. INSTALL METAL UTILITY DOOR, REPLACED WATER DAMAGED WOOD, MISCELLANEOUS CLEANUP. NOTE: THE AMOUNT PAID WENT FOR LABOR, AS THE MATERIALS WERE PURCHASED PREVIOUSLY BUT LEFT BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WHO DID NOT PERFORM THE WORK.
