Jeff was more than accommodating. We had purchased a new tub for bathroom remodel and had not opened it prior to the installation date. When he was set to install the tub the whole thing was bent and unfortunately had to be returned. We had to reschedule until the replacement came. 2weeks later the new tub arrives and the box was opened but not completely taken out. Well...that was our big mistake. The plumber came back to install the 2nd tub and guess what, that one is also chipped. URG! Again we had to reschedule and wait until new tub arrived. 3rd attempt-this tub was also chipped but at this point we HAD to use what we had. Thank goodness the tile work barely covered the chip. Jeff was fast and did a great job explaining cost saving tips.

We're new to san diego, and have needed alot of plumbing work done. From august 2011 thru march 2012, we had 4 different plumbers out for various reasons, that we chose not to call again. Finally we found Jeff. We were originally referred to Jeff by a carpenter doing work for us. Last spring, he installed bathroom fixtures for us. Early this summer we found we needed a new pressure regulator. Jeff promptly attended to that and we were quite pleased with his work and professionalism. Last Thursday, our hot water heater began leaking. called Jeff, who was just returning from vacation, and don't think he had planned to work on Friday, but he was here at 9:00am,had the old heater out and a new one delivered all by noon. I was delighted to say the least! He's very good at what he does, courteous, professional and. cleans up after all his work. A pleasure to have in our home. I highly reccomend him, and will certainly call on him for any of our plumbing needs.

We use them a lot. He is very professional. I'd give him an A all around including the price.

I called Jeff to plumb in my new master bathroom, he was a referral from another plumber who was too busy at the time,, My soon to be master bathroom needed rough in shower/tub/lavatory plumbing to be done prior to the tile/wall and finishwork. Jeff was the right person to call,, he did a great job of plumbing in all the shower jets and steam valves in the best places to make it a better shower. He was very polite and had inciteful answers all of my questions. Top Notch!
