Everything went smoothly. This company knows their business and do it very well because they have been in the sunroom/patio business a long time. If they came late in the morning, they stayed late to make up time. The team answered all of our questions when we had concerns. Every employee of the company we met was outstanding. This is a family business who are invested in making their customers happy, and they did.

The demolition took longer than anyone had expected, and there were many unexpected and time-consuming obstacles, but Steven (son of the owner) and Thomas were cheerful and professional throughout, and very polite. They moved a huge custom-made cabinet to the garage for us and installed all the fixtures, putting everything back that was there and more. The electrical wiring alone took days because it had been so poorly done by the previous owner. A job that had been expected to take 2 weeks took over 4 weeks. They cleaned up nicely each day, and at the end of the job. There were some unexpected costs -- filling in some tile where there had been posts, removing the foundation of a part of the room that was removed. Best to go over all possible contingencies at the beginning.
