asbestos removal
+ -1 moreIt was a mediocre experience. Nothing bad and nothing exceptional. I think there was a little miscommunication. Some of the people came from the main office and some people were local so arranging things was a little difficult.
Description of Work: They removed a popcorn ceiling.

This work was done in conjunction with a flood restoration service. The restoration company tested for hazardous materials and recommended P. W. Stephens for the clean up. Since time was of the essence, I agreed. PWSEI was not as easy to schedule and work with as the flood restoration company (who was exceptional), but they did complete their work in a competent and timely manner. The costs seem quite high based on the small area, but I have no idea what fees the city/state enforce on hazardous material clean-up and disposal.
Description of Work: Removed ~25 square feet of drywall contaminated with asbestos and tested the results.
