Description of Work: Brent has performed all sorts of repairs at our home over the years, including: plumbing such as replacing food waste disposal, unclogging drains, replacing portions of old pipes, electrical work, installing indoor-outdoor speakers, decking- replacing rotten wood deck boards and sanding and repainting them, installing door locks, repairing leaking patio cover. repairing/replacing portions of fencing, hung outdoor window sun shade, installed pet door through stucco wall.

 + -1 moreBRENT HAS DONE SEVERAL JOBS FOR ME. HE PUT IN A SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN THE BACK YARD AND FIXED THE SYSTEM IN THE FRONT YARD. HE REPLACED THE CLOSET DOORS IN TWO ROOMS, PUT IN A SCREEN DOOR AND A NEW DOOR FROM MY KITCHEN TO THE GARAGE.
Description of Work: THE COST I WROTE WAS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF A WATER HEATER PUT IN ACCORDING TO CODE REQUIREMENTS. HE IS PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND CLEANED UP WELL.
