Description of Work: When I called to schedule a house cleaning, the woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I explained my house was totally empty so it should be easy to clean. I asked that the kitchen and both bathrooms be thoroughly cleaned, all window runners be cleaned out, the oven be given special attention as it was quite dirty, and all floors vacuumed. I was at my old house when the cleaning staff was at my new house, but in hind sight that was probably not a wise decision. | I was very disappointed with the way In which I found my house when I arrived later that day. The oven was greasy inside, there was still grime and food along the door runner and floor of the oven, and the racks were upside down and had obviously not been cleaned. | Dirt remained in the corners of the window runners, and corners of all the kitchen cabinets.

+ -1 moreEverything has been going great. The workers do exactly what I ask. It is usually the same crew, so there is consistency with the cleaning. They call the day before to confirm the appointment. They always show up on time and do quality work.
Description of Work: I have them come out every two weeks. I have been using them for about a year. I have them dust, mop, vacuum, and clean bathrooms.

+ -1 moreWe have used Molly Maid once a month, for years. A short while back, one of our regular cleaning team accidentally sprayed some windex on our dining table and ruined the finish. The folks at Molly Maid did everything they could to immediately assure us they would assume responsibility and pay for the refinishing. The table was refinished, and they promptly mailed us a check for the full amount. I was impressed with their responsibility and cooperation; not once did they dissemble or give us an evasive answer.

Should I need to change the regularly scheduled date/time, I just call the office and Judith works with me to find a mutually agreeable time. It's perfect!

+ -1 moreOriginal quote was $105-115 for entire house with an average time spent cleaning of 2 to 3 hours per week. When I asked them to clean just downstairs the cost remained $115. I agreed thinking that I would be receiving fairly thorough service for this amount of money. By third week of service, total time spent on cleaning was less than an hour. Called to ask for explanation or reduction in price for what was obviously very little time spent cleaning and they were unwilling to negotiate and unapologetic for not providing service according to contract.

+ -1 moreMOLLY MAIDS SENT TWO WOMEN OUT EVERY TWO WEEKS TO CLEAN THE HOUSE. IT WAS FINE WHEN THE SAME CREW CAME OUT BUT OFTEN DIFFERENT WOMEN WERE SEND OUT AND THEY REQUIRED 'TRAINING' EACH TIME. IT WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
