Modern came out quickly and pumped our septic tanks, giving us a discount for having 2 tanks on our property. They identified baffle wall issues with both tanks and recommended 2 septic repair companies (one which we used). Very fast and courteous employees.

Excellent, he showed up on time, easily found the entrance and quickly pumped the tank, inspected it and certified it for the escrow company. He was kind, willing to answer questions and knowledgeable.

The workman was personable and understood the problem I had been having with the toilet backing up a couple of times during the preceding two weeks. I told him that another plumber had been out and recommended the septic tank be pumped. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the lids were replaced as they had been previously. Everything works fine now.

This company is super, from the first call to the completion of work. They are professional and friendly. Debby was great on the phone and was able to offer much information on the process (for a novice like me). After the initial tank clean out, I did some digging on my own and was not sure what I was looking at and Modern came out (with no charge) to take a quick look and help me understand how to proceed. On the second visit, they came even sooner than expected and got right to work! All the employees who came out to the house were great, polite, friendly, and even apologetic when my system turned out to be a mess beyond their scope of work. I feel they did a great job and would highly recommend the company.

Baltuzor, the serviceman was excellent. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable and polite. The company representative at the office where I called was also wonderful! And the price was the lowest of the three companies I called (all from Angie's List, of course). I highly recommend this company. They deserve an A+.

MODERN SEPTIC IS A GREAT COMPANY THAT IS PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL IN THE MAINTENANCE OF OUR SEPTIC TANK. THE TANK IS OVER 50 YEARS OLD AND AN ORIGINAL HAND-MADE TYPE THAT MANY COMPANIES ARE NOT EXPERIENCED WITH. MODERN SEPTIC SENDS ME YEARLY REMINDERS TO HAVE THE TANK SERVICED AND THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT TIME. THEY ALWAYS CLEAN UP THE AREA COMPLETELY AND NEVER DISTURB SURROUNDING BUSHES OR OTHER OUTSIDE ITEMS NEAR THE UNDERGROUND TANK. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE AND WE PLAN TO CONTINUE TO GIVE THEM OUR BUSINESS AS LONG AS WE OWN THE HOUSE.

WE WERE IN A BAD SITUATION BECAUSE OUR SEPTIC SYSTEM HAD FAILED. WE NEEDED TO HAVE REPAIR WORK DONE ON OUR SYSTEM AND THE TANKS HAD TO BE EMPTIED TO HAVE THE WORK DONE. MODERN WAS VERY PROMPT IN EMPTYING OUR TANKS SO WE COULD USE THE SYSTEM. WE DID THINK THE COST WAS HIGH, BUT DID APPRECIATE THE PROMPTNESS OF THEIR SERVICE.

THEY MISSED THE FIRST APPOINTMENT, BUT SENT SOMEONE OUT THE NEXT DAY. GOOD WORK.
