Ross repaired a HUGE leather sectional sofa, about 15 by 8 feet in length or diameter, basically, just really big. This sofa was VERY expensive, a lovely sage green leather from an extremely high end leather store here in San Diego, the sofa cost thousands but we thought we'd have it forever. Maybe now we will thanks to Ross. One of the seats was ripped beyond repair (we thought), the leather was cracked, faded, aged, discolored, stained, etc. Anything teenagers and pets can do to a sofa happened to this one. I took photos and emailed them to a number of the leather repair folks recommended on this list as well as Yelp, no one wanted to take this and they said it couldn't be repaired....except for Ross. I was worried because it seemed that he specialized in leather repair for vehicles but took a gamble which really paid off. This man is a miracle worker, no joke. He had the leather cushions that were ripped reupholstered, he removed and re-stuffed the misshapen cushions on others and created a stain or dye for the sofa that was the perfect match to the color we originally had, and re-stained and reconditioned the entire sectional. It looks amazing and better than new. He worked diligently for two days here in our home, actually in our backyard on the patio; the prep work in terms of the re-upholstery he did in his home or workshop. He was considerate, never troubled us and never asked for anything, I had to beg him to let me give him some water and ice. It's clear to me from this that Ross can repair anything leather and I am certain vinyl related, from furniture to automobiles. This was a big job and in retrospect I am certain he realized he should have or could have charged more, but he was a gentleman about it and kept to the terms of the handshake agreement he made with my husband, which is just as impressive as the caliber of his work. They said the world was flat, but we all know its round, they said this sofa couldn't be repaired, but Ross proved them wrong. Thank you Ross!!!!
