They were excellent.

I picked this provider based on the excellent reviews; I did not have time to interview multiple companies. Their service from beginning to end was outstanding, and my mom's items all arrived in good condition.

The asset to this company is Truda Petrea, Move Specialist. This was an emotional move for me, an unfortunate death of a family member. This was what I had left and it all was very important goods. Truda held my hand and reassured me that all would arrive safe. She provided professionalism, guidance (we packed our selves) Local crew that put it on the shuttle was great. Careful, helpful, and resourceful with some of the items on the load that were difficult to pack. This was a small load, and unfortunately it took a few days for a driver to pick it up for the move here. There was an incident with the driver that I needed to call Truda and immediately she took care of it, and the move to our storage unit started in five minutes after my phone call to her. McCarthy does a lot of military moves, so I was unsure since there was only 1 review. Would this be a reliable company, or was I taking a chance. In summary, I highly recommend this local company (Wheaton is the "mother company") to do your move. If Truda is assisting you, you will know it will be done right. Now don't you wish you had used this moving company? This all sounds too good to be true, but I sure am glad this is the company that I used.

This was the 2nd time that I've used them. They were very fast and far below the estimate, partly because I packed better than they anticipated and because I moved a few things myself, but again they moved quickly and brought plenty of personnel. Nothing was broken, nothing was scratched!! I was a little concerned they would damage new floors, but they completely covered the front door and the floor. They provided packing paper and boxes. They were very polite and responsive. The management made a follow-up call to see if I was satisfied. I highly recommend them.
