+ -1 moreIt went well. Mario was friendly and energetic. He was on time and surprisingly, he worked solo. He even power washed a couple of areas (separate storage shed, etc) that I felt had really weren’t badly soiled, but he threw this in at no extra charge. He also offered me he a $75 reduction in the normal charges for a home this size and the amount of dirt removal needed because I used Angie’s List, a perk I appreciated. When completed, he took the time to help me inspect his work before accepting payment of our agreed upon price.
