+ -1 moreSINCE WE ARE REMOTE OWNERS, MANNA APPLIANCES WORKED WITH US ON SCHEDULING ESTIMATION DATES, HOLDING THE TIME SLOT FOR US, AND PICKING UP THE COOKTOP/DOWNDRAFT FROM PACIFIC SALES. THE ESTIMATOR WAS VERY ACCURATE AND FRIENDLY, AND THE TWO INSTALLERS WORKED HARD AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN THE ESTIMATED TIME, CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND WERE VERY PLEASANT.
Description of Work: INSTALLED DCS COOKTOP AND DOWNDRAFT, CUT GRANITE TO FIT, FURNISH AND INSTALL GAS VALVE, FLEX, MODIFIED VENTING TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEW UNIT, UPGRADE ELECTRICAL CORDS, AND HAULED AWAY OLD UNITS

+ -1 moreTHEY CALLED BEFORE COMING TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED BECAUSE THEY PUT THE CARDBOARD OUT BY OUR DOOR, THEY PUT EVERYTHING TOGETHER OUTSIDE, AND THEN THEY REMOVED THE OLD DISHWASHER AND HOOKED UP THE NEW ONE. IT WAS A VERY EASY EXPERIENCE, THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. HE SET A TOWEL DOWN ON OUR FLOOR AND PUT HIS TOOLS ON THAT, AND HE FINISHED THE WHOLE JOB AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. HE WAS VERY CLEAN AND LEFT THE AREA CLEAN.
Description of Work: THEY WERE THE SUB CONTRACTOR THROUGH SEARS WHO HAULED AWAY OUR OLD DISHWASHER AND INSTALLED A NEW ONE.

+ -1 moreDESPITE 2 PHONE CALLS I WAS NEVER FAVORED WITH A RETURN CALL TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY OVEN INSTALLED. CLEARLY, THEY MUST HAVE ENOUGH BUSINESS, THEY DIDN'T NEED MINE!

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS PROVIDED TO ME BY HOME DEPOT/EXPO AS INSTALLERS FOR MY REFRIGERATOR. THEY WORKED DIRECTLY WITH EXPO TO COORDINATE THE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF THE APPLIANCE. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND EFFICIENT. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
