+ -1 moreWe called Kniffings several times to tell them of the problem with the grass. They do not warranty anything they sell.
Description of Work: I bought sod from Kniffing's provided by AG Sod, which was represented as disease and drought resistant. It was an AG dwarf fescue. It was dry upon arrival. I paid close to $1,000 to have the soil properly prepared and put in a $4,500 iriigation system, had several people out to make sure everything was done properly. The sod AG sold to Kniffing's that Kniffing's sold to me never properly rooted. When AG and Kniffing's were contacted, they basically told me to go blow. I will never buy from Kniffing's or AG Sod again. I lost thousands of dollars. Kniffing's also sold me two trees and some small plants that died, even though properly cared for.

+ -1 moreWe purchased several native plants to southern California. They have a HUGE nursery of all plants, trees, roses, etc. We were disappointed that the Butterfly Bush plants we got continued to be plagues by apheds. We think they were attached from the nursery. 30% of the other plants from this nursery died from diseases or had to be removed due to insect infestation. Of the few nurseries we settled on to purchase plants, we were most disappointed with the plant species we got from here because of the diseases and insect infestations. They seemed the least hardy of all the nurseries.
Description of Work: We searched over 20 nurseries for specific types of nurseries. We wanted from this nursery were their large selection of native plants.
