JESSEE FENCE

Description of Work: I contacted Jessee Fence because I had used them in the past and have recommended him to friends and family for work. On this particular job, it was a shared wood fence with neighbors (apartments). Several bids were received and the management company for the other complex agreed to have the fence built and were to pay 1/2 of the job. A wood frence was built; however, there were a couple a changes to the contract as I paid to have the concrete and footings removed as well as the debris hauled away. Rather than confuse issues, both the other management company and I paid the agreed upon price. Since I had already paid more than was necessary, I agreed to use my credit to finish the fencing project for my property only when I finished other outside work. I contacted Jessee Fence and told them what I wanted done and they returned with the written bid giving me two options. The costs were extremely high so I decided not to do anymore fencing at this time. I had a credit of $775.00 and asked to have these funds returned to me. I have called on the telephone, talked to employees who state they will tell George, I have asked when I could pick up the check - they will check with George. I have sent e-mails requesting the refund of the mones -- $775.00. To date I cannot get George Jessee to return my calls or to tell me when I could come and pick up the check. I paid all my bills to them timely and had checks ready for pick up as soon as the job was completed. Now I would like them to return my overpayment.

Description of Work: I contacted Jessee Fence Company and told the owner George how much fencing I needed and what kind. Brenda called me back and gave me an approximate estimate over the phone. Mr. Jessee came to my house on Saturday. He called and advised me that he was running late. He measured and we discussed my needs. Since my initial call, I added another 31 feet to my requirements. He installed black chain link fence for 217 feet, another section of 31 feet. He installed one 14 foot rolling gate and a walk through gate. He noticed that another rolling gate I had was not working correctly, he fixed that and replaced the galvanized materials along with new latches.

Description of Work: Remove 30 feet of old wood fence, several feet of concrete footing, install 35 feet of new wood fence, metal poles, and new gate.

Description of Work: APPROXIMATELY 115.5' OF VINYL FENCING, BOTH CHESTERFIELD AND CAPE COD WHITE VINYL FENCING WITH GOTHIC CAPS & (2) WALK GATES INSTALLED.

Description of Work: THIS COMPANY PUT A NEW FENCE IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE, ON TWO SIDES, AND FROM THE FRONT TO THE BACK, ON TWO SIDE. IT IS CEDAR PLANK FENCING. THE TWO FRONT PANELS HAVE GATES.
