We were very happy with the services of Impact Junk removal. We have been remodeling our house and had a large amount of junk that needed to be hauled away. We purchased the deal for hauling 3 cubic yards for $99, but understood that we had much more and we were willing to pay for additional hauling. We ended up paying an additional $150. We were very happy with this because we had previously purchased two "Bagsters" from Home Depot and had to pay $30 for each bag and an additional $348 for Waste Management to pick them up ($408 total). The people at Impact Junk removal were great. We received great customer service from the initial scheduling person I spoke with to the crew that came to my house. I highly recommend this company!

We had items that were not covered by the deal which we knew beforehand. Charge a small extra fee to remove them also. Very fast efficient and in communication.

Had far more junk then I thought I had. They arrived on time. Went through all the hazardous waste pile to make sure there wasn't anything they could take. They provided the phone number of the hazardous waste removal location so I could follow up with that after they were done removing the rest of the junk. It took about 30 minutes. They were courteous, fast and thorough. Since I had so much more than I originally thought I was charged $189 for the junk removal. I was happy with this service and would use it again.

They were early and that was good for me. There was a team of 3 which made the job fast. It took barely 10 mins. In the end, the job was done well but I paid too much for it. Oh well it's done.

He and a helper showed up right at the beginning of the time window he had given me and they loaded up the junk I had and hauled it away. Very friendly professional service.

They did an awesome job. They didn't charge any extra fees for the railroad ties, which was surprising; every other company I contacted wanted to charge us an extra couple hundred dollars to take the railroad ties. These guys were on time, they worked quickly, and they're courteous and friendly to boot. I highly recommend them.

These guys are great. We worked with Gilbert to get everything scheduled with the recent Angie's List deal. They arrived on-time in their 1000-1200 ETA window (actually a bit early, which was a refreshing change from other folks arriving a minute before expiration of a four-hour window). I showed them what needed to go, and they got right to work, picked up all of our junk, and then cleaned up any mess from moving old stuff. Definitely a 5-star company, and I'll be using them again (they're coming Monday to get some other stuff, and the rate they charge is totally reasonable). Highly recommended!

I researched several companies before choosing Impact Junk Removal. Gilbert rose above the others in every way. He was very responsive, courteous, fair and gave the best price. The overall experience from when I first contacted him to when I shook his hand after the pick up was extraordinary. I think every company whether they are in his line of work or another, could take a lesson from him. The service was outstanding and they even cleaned up afterwards which pleased us so much. The fact that he recycles as much as possible with the items he hauls away was a big plus for us. I highly recommend him without reservation and will certainly call on him again in the future.

I called Impact on a Thursday and had an appointment for the next day. My mother's garage was full of garbage after cleaning out her house, so we contacted Impact for a quote. I sent over a few pictures and we agreed upon the estimate. Upon arrival, Gilbert looked over the garage, gave me a final price, and began removing everything. Impact has quite a large trailer and was able to take 2 couches, a table, and quite a few boxes. One thing that stood out compared to previous junk removal companies I have used, was that Impact didn't just throw everything in the trailer. They organized everything and made sure that they were able to remove all of the junk in one visit. Lastly, I was very happy to hear that Impact recycles as much as they can. We didn't have much this time, but after we finish moving my mother into her new house, I will definitely be calling Impact to take all of the boxes. Overall, great service and pricing. Highly recommended, thank you again Gilbert!
