They were able to come the very next day and the day of the service, they even called to ask if thy could get started early because a prior job had wrapped up quicker than expected. I ended up having more junk than I though (3 truck loads rather than the 1 I prepurchased through an Angie's List advertised real), so I paid them the difference at the conclusion of the job at a still discounted rate.

I live in Florida but have had to make 3 trips since April, out to CA to help my dad clean out his home. Gilbert and his crew are always prompt, fast, courteous, and clean up is fantastic. I've used them 3 times and have them scheduled for next week. Gilbert's professionalism has made a very stressful situation much less stressful. Highly recommend.

Gilbert and his workers arrived at my house and immediately began working. They worked quickly and efficiently, and I was very pleased with their professional manner. Gilbert Tinoco, owner and operator was very helpful, resourceful and professional. Our initial contact was by internet in which we described our project. Gilbert quickly got back to us with a quote that we thought was a bit high. He was willing to negotiate a lower price and we accepted. He and two helpers arrived on time and quickly removed our "junk." They also swept up the area where the junk pile had been, leaving the spot clean. Gilbert stated that he would recycle as much of our junk as possible. They have an excellent communication system set-up to schedule the job, to remind you of the appointed time and to let you know their arrival time. All in all, we are very pleased with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Gilbert and his crew of two workers went above and beyond my expectations. They were polite, friendly, on time, hard-working, responsive, professional, and fair with their pricing. I contacted them one day, and Gilbert called me back the same day and set up a free estimate visit. They booked the work for a few days later at 8 am. Gilbert called me at 7:30 and asked if it was ok if they came early which was fine. Gilbert estimated it would take 4 hours, but they worked so quickly that they were done in 3 hours, and the job was perfect. They cleared my yard and then raked it flat, just what I asked for so I can now landscape it to my liking. Gilbert even had a coupon online so I was able to take $25 off my bill.

It took some time to secure a pick-up date and time, but they were great when they picked up our items. Professional and efficient.

The crew from Impact Junk was extremely professional: Punctual to the minute, completely ready to execute the pickup upon arrival; the truck utilized had more than adequate capacity for the job and was configured to prevent inadvertent spillage. Two workers and one supervisor reported for the pickup, they followed each request to the letter and swept the pickup area after completion. In 35 years using similar services Impact was the best company of the type we have encountered!
