I am very pleased with both the price that I paid and the quality of the work. Rob made recommendations about where to place the downspout and what colors to use for the gutter and downspout, and it matched the paint colors of my house very well. I will be using them again for some additional work.

My new gutters look great and I highly recommend Hydro Flow Gutters. Rob (owner) did the estimate, explained the installation process and made some helpful suggestions. I told him I had some water damage to a wall from a previous downspout that drained onto the driveway so he suggested changing the downspout to another area of the house so it would drain into the yard. Rob also has a keen eye for matching colors since the color he picked for the downspouts were a perfect match to the stucco. He gave me an installation date within 2 days and his crew was great, very pleasant, professional, hard-working and they were done in 3 hours. I was extremely happy with the whole process and thank Hydro Flow (Rob & crew) for a job well done!!

Owner was good at explaining what needed to be done and associated costs. Crew was for the most part good, but worked into the evening in the dark to finish the job on the same day. While the installation work was good, the clean-up was not as good because I suspect they could not see in the dark. Otherwise good work quality and value.

Overall workers did good work and the gutters held up through a very rainy winter. Only issue was that the job was to be completed in a single day and a second crew arrived quite late in the day. Work extended beyond sundown with flashlights. Because of this the clean up was not as good as usual as they missed some fasteners that had fallen to the ground. However, quality product and overall good installation job; would recommend to others.

I got some different bids. That was our second time using them, we used them like 5 years ago also. I gave them the “A” overall because of their professionalism, price and they did what they said. We compared them and had gotten 3 bids on that too.

It was ordered and installed without a hitch.

After Robert's inspection, it turned out that it wasn't the gutter, but another issue related to roof flashing. He was on time, professional, answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction as to how to address the issue. If my gutters need fixing in the future, Robert will be on the call list.

We had gutters installed in June 2016. Initially Robert Wilson, owner of the business, was the person who came to conduct the survey and estimates of cost. Mr Nelson was a real gentleman. He pointed out certain roof-line features and how they could dictate certain water flow and possibly down-spout locations. He shared his observations and opinions, and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased and satisfied with the conversation and estimation procedure. He made a schematic of the entire exterior of the home and its roof lines. By doing so he would not have to revisit doing an estimate later in the event the owner (me) wished to add or eliminate certain gutter runs. A crew of three (3) arrived punctually one morning; David, who was the "lead", George, and Ty. David immediately took the schematic diagram and walked around the home to assess the needs for the work. Prior to the day the crew arrived I had decided to not install gutters on a certain section of roof line. I discussed this situation with David, who made note of the change(s). All the installers displayed themselves to be industrious and intent on doing a great job. I took notice of the fact that they would look at/study what they had just completed, and then make sure any small details that needed attention were taken care of. I was very, very pleased with the workers and the work performed. The whole process, from the estimate through installation, proceeded very smoothly. Our daughter had also contracted for gutter installation with Robert Nelson, and was extremely happy over the fine work. We have all ready shared our experience with good friends and furnished them with the business phone numbers. I most certainly am satisfied with Robert Nelson, owner of Hydro Flow Gutter Systems, and would use them again. The personnel of this business display a high degree of integrity and honesty, which is refreshing.

It was raining a lot of and the gentleman came here. He lost the paper work so the owner had to come out and give another estimate. So it was a seamless process for us.

Very professional installation that required only 3 hours to complete, exactly as I wanted. Was very impressed with the teamwork and coordination displayed by the 3 installers They had all of the correct parts/material and performed their individual tasks very quickly with minimal communications required to complete.

I got 2 estimates from Angie's List and I picked him because he's the lowest. The bad thing was that at 8 o'clock at night he called me to let me know he's coming the next day. He should have done that during the daytime not at 8 o'clock at night because I don't answer my phone, there are too many telemarketers. He should not be doing that. I didn't have to wait to get him to do it right away. I liked that part because others are already busy. These rain gutter people are very busy here in San Diego because of the drought. We have El Nino coming. I needed him right away and he was very good about that. It was my first time to use them.

Everything went exactly as he said and as we agreed. He even expedited our agreement to get it down sooner than I expected which worked with me. He did the work while I was away from the home. I trusted him to do the work. Everything went perfect. Other than adding the gutters, everything at my home looked the same! I would not hesitate to hire Rob again and I highly recommend him.

Rob, owner of Hydro Flow Raingutter Systems, came to our home and explained his process of gutter installation. This is the third time we have used Hydro Flow in the past year. We own two properties, one in Talmadge and the other in Normal Heights. The property in Talmadge had just been painted with two different colored paints. Rob matched the colors of the gutters so that they were the same colors as the house. One part of the gutter was dark brown and the other a cream color. They did an excellent job. A similar situation with our second property and again the same outstanding workmanship. The third job was for our residence. We wanted Rob to have the gutters feed into our water saving system. Rob made excellent suggestions and the gutters and water saving system are coordinated. His installers are professionals in the best sense of the word. They take pride in their work. Their attention to detail is amazing, for example without us requesting it they painted our diverters so they would match the color of the gutters. This is but one example of many of their attention to detail. It is such a pleasure to work with professionals who take pride in their work and deliver quality time and time again. By the way, Rob's prices are competitive and at times lower than his competition. We would recommend Hydro Flow with total confidence.

I received three estimates and all were very similar in price, but Hydro Flow's was the lowest (by a little bit). Rob was easy to work with. The work was completed promptly, and everything looks great. Even though the gutters were installed in July, it didn't take long for me to see them in action since a storm came through only two days later. They work as expected, the water drains away from the house just as I had hoped for, and no leaks anywhere. Great job overall.

Robert came by again a few days later and removed the old rain gutters. I asked him to wait about one week before installing the new system so that I could paint the fascia boards and repair some dry rot and termite damage. On June 12, his crew of two installers arrived exactly on time and went to work. The job was completed in about four hours. The crew worked very efficiently and, when they finished, they carefully cleaned up all scrap and hauled away all of the old rain gutters. The job looks wonderful. I can't wait for the rainy season to begin. I highly recommend this company. I'm very glad that I hired them.

Rob was very responsive, quite punctual, and necessarily professional. Job completed in 4 hours, looks good, and though it hasn't rained since, the improved curb appeal is worth every dollar. Rob is a great guy to work with.

Contacted Rob about six weeks ago, right before the holidays, and got an estimate. The estimate was thorough, and we went over options, color-matching, etc. Rob provided an estimate for the entire property with clear costs for each segment of the house. We were told they would be able to come out in three weeks (busy season and holidays contributed to the delay). Received a call a few weeks later, but we were unable to do the work at the time, due to last minute travel during the holidays. I asked Rob to call back after the new year, and he was very patient with me while I was unable to find a suitable time to install until this week, which we finally settled upon after I was able to finally clear my schedule for this morning. Rob's crew showed up about 10 minutes early, and I did a quick walk-around to show them where we wanted to install, and the one area we decided to forgo. The crew got to work, and did everything exactly as agreed. The whole project took about two hours, there were no surprise costs or delays, colors and gutter turned out great, and I no longer need to worry about rainwater pooling near my foundation. Great job, and I highly recommend Hydro Flow.

I got 3 different estimates and I liked Rob the best. One guy said he'd have to get back to us because he didn't have a tall enough ladder and may have to rent a lift. Found that odd since no other contractors ever told us that. That guy never called us back. Rob was very efficient and the color match was terrific. I am VERY picky and couldn't be happier that Hydro Flow got everything done right the first time! I was also thrilled with his pricing.

I would definitely use and recommend Hydro Flo to others. Rob was very thorough and knowledgeable and his quote was reasonable. He offered various solutions which other vendors who bid on the job had not done. Since it's a small business, it does take him a day or two to call back and that was why Responsiveness received a 'B' however to his credit, he mentions this on his voice mail so customers know to expect it. His staff who came out to do the job was punctual and professional. We rated Professionalism with a 'B' because the one area a rain gutter was replaced had termite damage at the top which appears to have been the reason the gutter was failing. The staff did not bring this to our attention and we noticed it upon completion of the job. We called Rob to alert him of this and he apologized, stating that it was an oversight. In addition, he mentioned, once the termite damage was repaired he would come out and reinstall the gutter free of charge if necessary. The follow up shows Rob stands by his products and workmanship and cares about customer satisfaction.

Rob was most knowledgeable and professional of contractors I interviewed, and agreed to a great price. Installed flat gutters that look fantastic. Crew was very quick and cleaned up. Rob was very responsive. Very happy and highly recommend.

This is the third time I have used Hydro Flow Raingutter Systems, Inc. Rob, the owner, was very friendly and professional. He gave reasonable estimates and a fair price. The men that installed the rain gutters did a beautiful job of installing the gutters and downspouts. They were on time and friendly. The product (RGS Aluminum) was seamless and the color match to my house was perfect. The horizontal gutters matched the trim and the downspouts matched the paint on the sides of my house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing rain gutter work.
