Mike was right on time. Very professional. We discussed options and agreed on work scope and price. When he was done my 16 yr old shower/bathroom floor looked almost new. Wife is thrilled with results. Gave us good pointers for maintenance.

Mike and his helper came out and did exactly what was needed - no more, no less. They removed the crumbling mildewed grout around my kids' bathtub and recaulked. The tub looks beautiful again. Then they regrouted the counter around our powder room sink. Again, the counter looks like new. They worked efficiently, wasting no time - done in about an hour. I was pleased with the end result and so thankful Mike was able to do everything within a very reasonable budget. Will definitely use Mike again when the opportunity/need arises.

Mike and his son did a great job. Very respectful of our property and concerned about our overall satisfaction. Communication was perfect, answered questions and concerns and was totally honest and fair. I would recommend them highly.

Mike iniitally came over and gave me an estimate for the job. Mike and his son showed promptly at the scheduled time/day and completed all of the work the same day. I would highly recommend them!!

Arrived on date previously arranged. Called before arrival. Was professional and efficient; self-contained; had all equipment on hand. Done in two hours. Job was definite upgrade and made obvious improvement in shower appearance and function. Gave instructions on how to maintain; answered all questions put to him. Ken was great. He did not waste time chatting, but was happy to give tips related to job, upkeep and future care needs.

He came out on Monday, and gave us a free estimate, and it was very reasonable. He came back on Wednesday with another worker, and they regrouted and cleaned the tile in the shower stall. It is beautiful. He also grouted the sinks and cleaned the grout and tile on the counter. They worked for 3 hours, and did a really good job. It looks like a brand new bathroom.

Everything looks new again! Excellent job.

The service provider answered the phone the first time I called!! We discussed what I needed done and he gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone which was lower than the first estimate I received from another provider. That same day he came by to measure and provide a formal estimate which was on target with the phone estimate. He was very professional in scheduling a time for service and sending an estimate via email. The tile and grout on the first floor needed to be cleaned and sealed which hadn't been done in many years and the build up was BAD and the grout was brownish not antique white. Now my floor looks like new (like when we first moved in!) I would highly recommend Grout Genie and plan to use their service for my bathroom tile next.

His prices were really good. The grout looks great. Our shower was a little stubborn and he was very persistent. We are very happy with the work. He stands by his work. He showed up when he said. I would recommend him to anyone.

I reached out to Grout Genie for some work that I needed done last November. The team at Grout Genie did a really nice job with the grout and floor cleaning and I will use them again in the future.
