After searching, I selected Mr. Hernandez based on his many positive reviews. His expertise and professionalism helped me decide my first purchase offer was in an extremely unsafe condition, and needed just too many major and costly repairs. He explained all the issues and followed up with a detailed report complete with photos documenting his findings. After cancelling the sales agreement, I found another home I was interested in, and immediately called upon Mr. Hernandez and his expertise.
