For the second month in a row, I had received an electric bill that was in excess of $ 500.00, my HVAC system was on its last leg, Duct work was a mess and there was an asbestos pipe in the gas exhaust system from the furnace to the roof that had to be removed. I spent numerous hours researching and deciphering reviews and narrowed my search to three potential companies. Throughout the “estimate” process, I was asking questions and narrowing the list. Global Heating and Air Conditioning Rep, Sal Assek provided an estimate for a complete replacement of the AC, Air Handler and upgrade the ventilation. He was polite, informative and respectful as he listened to my concerns. 30 minutes into the walk through, I knew that Sal and his team would be conducting my installation. Sal handled all permits and sub contracted the removal of the asbestos pipe prior to start of the installation. September 5, began Day one. Saif and Awni, showed up on time, they actually called 15 minutes ahead to let me know they were in route. After the introductions, they immediately walked with me through the entire process to ensure we were both on the same page as far as the install process. They were very clean, and respectful of my home. They kept me updated throughout the day with their progress and prior to leaving on day one, we walked my home to ensure I was happy with the cleanliness and to plan for day two. Day two, Saif, Awni and David arrived on time to finish the installation. They worked well as a team, and again kept my home clean and undamaged. Once the system was fully operation, Saif provided me with technical documents and showed me how to operate they system and set the thermostat while David and Awni vacuumed and swept the work areas and the garage. I have since completed the State and City inspections and the installation passed with zero discrepancies. I highly recommend Global to handle any HVAC issues you may have. If you are greeted by Sal, Saif, Awni or David, you should feel confident knowing you are in great hands.

Smooth experience to schedule the appointment. Technician came on time and properly diagnosed that all Freon is gone and there is probably a leak. However, I was quoted $495 for finding the leak (not fixing it!), which I declined. Spent $200 to hire another contractor, who found out two leaks within half an hour. Based on the (non)complexity of finding the leak (scan the outdoor and indoor units with a tube sensor), I cannot understand the $495 quote.
