Description of Work: Complete Pool re-do:plastering and tile

Description of Work: Replastered old pool & installed new tile at the top including 2 "sheer descent" waterfalls- looks beautiful! However...they do not communicate promptly, especially when we called with questions after the work was done.

Description of Work: The main work was done beautifully but the acid wash did not and because the 'project managers' did not know what was going on there was no continuity between the work teams and getting them back out. I really needed a supervisor at the job site and found out later from the owner that they had lost their long time supervisor and was in the process of hiring more. He did take care of all the stuff in the end and I probably would have gotten the acid wash redone since he gave me a 2 yr window to repeat it but I have moved! Also with the water shortage...maybe not but the end result even though all the mistakes and miscommunication...beautiful. The tile and coping..great..the rebuilding of the walls was a good job. If I had someone to oversee the job..I would definitely use them again. I left all my paper work with the new owners so I'm approximating the end time. Several things extended the timeline which wasn't their fault but there were several things that were because of miscommunication between the office project managers and the field. I think because they probably had so many jobs they were stretched thin and no one to tie them together. The concrete business that was recommended by them was excellent! It was Primo Concrete Co.

Description of Work: I requested an estimate for pool demo/remodel/ renovation. Julie arrived on time. She took one look at my pool and asked "What's your budget". Red Flag.

Description of Work: Pool was resurfaced, single drains were replaced by dual-drains, new lighting, and heavy damage on spa was fixed. Very impressed by everyone. Only one minor scheduling mistake. Very unobtrusive. All were very professional and took the time to thoroughly answer any questions. Cleanup was fantastic.

Description of Work: overall we are very happy with the remodel of our pool, went from plaster to pebble sheen, removed all tile, replaced with stone ~ it looks beautiful, it was finished on schedule and on budget, I would not hesitate to work with Scott, we are satisfied and happy clients.

Description of Work: Came to the house and provided a detailed estimate and thoroughly explained the procedure and answered my questions. The marketing of this company is excellent. Provided correspondence before the onsite visit so that I could learn more about the company, after the visit and then followed up but never pushy. I feel that they will see the job through including cleaning the filters once the work is done.
