Gardner Outdoor and Pool Remodeling

I hired Gardner Outdoor and Pool Remodeling, to remodel my Spa and fix several cracks on my steps. I got several estimates and no company came with a higher recommendation and also had a fair estimate to completely remodel my spa. I first talked to Julie O. She came out to my job address and gave me an estimates, right away. Her estimate was sent to another department and they quickly got back to me. The estimate was thorough and very clear. She explained it to me and the decision was clear to go with them instead of any other company. In fact, another pool company referred them, and said they were the best! After the agreement was made for Gardner to do the job, it was sent to a scheduling person. She worked with me to schedule the soonest and best time for me, not them. I was the priority. Then when we decide on a start date, I got a very well explained schedule of the work to be performed. Dates and amounts owed was all there in black & white. Work started on time and I was there for every segment of work done. The man in charge Saul, was smart and very professional. That made me feel very comfortable. He explained to me he was there for me if I had any questions or concerns. After, everything went so smooth and on schedule. Each day, another group of specialists showed up with a Forman. Alberto came with 4 men to demo. The best crew of men who covered everything and took care of my property. Left my home just as clean as they found it. And that is a hard job, considering the demo that was done. Next day, Mario came for electrical work. I am so grateful to him for suggesting the light in my spa was not as good as the ones that are out now. LED and color. Thank you Mario! Sergio showed up with Hector. What expertise and quality workmanship in his field. His helper was again, a helpful and very thorough worker! I can't say enough about the great quality of employees at Gardner Outdoor pools. Today, Leo came out to plaster/pebble my spa. It looks amazing. They were cleaning up and leaving the job so amazing. I am so pleased and soon in my pool again, only a much more pleasant experience than before. Thank you GARDNER OUTDOOR AND POOL REMODELING! So happy I found you!
