I explained the problem. He confirmed he could diagnose the problem. We agreed on a 6pm appt the next day. He called at 10 am, explained he had pen time during the day (which I liked. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and made corrective actions. He was done in less than an hour, I will contact him when other projects arrive.
