Description of Work: I had the salesperson back once in order to make some changes to his quote on 8 cellular shades for the west side of our home. The shades were incredibly fast in arriving and the installation went super smooth. I will probably continue to use Family Carpet and Drapes in La Mesa.

Description of Work: Installers arrived on time. Very friendly. Responded to specific needs involving speaker wires and cutting around a permanent furniture element that had curves and other tight fitting angles. They did this perfectly. They took special care with all of our furniture that had to be moved and were very considerate not to harm photos/paintings on the walls or for that matter the walls themselves. They worked quickly and efficiently and were done before we expected them to be. They returned all the furniture exactly where we wanted it. The carpeting looked beautiful. We did a thorough inspection and could find no flaws in workmanship. They were even nice to our cat.
