+ -1 moreThe job went pretty smoothly. The guy who came out was the estimator and he was great. His name was Eric. He was very professional. He went above and beyond. He actually cut down a small shrub to get to my electric box. He was really great and really nice. I haven't paid them yet because I am waiting for the final walk-through. Everything was good. The estimator was awesome. I don't know about the price because I didn't shop around. The quality of the work is fine. There are just a couple of things that I need to have addressed. That's why I haven't brought in final payment. There are a couple of things that he has to fix a little bit before I give him the final payment.

+ -1 moreSHELDON IS VERY PERSONALLY. WAS CONSCIENTIOUS OF OUR DOG IN THE BACK YARD. HE USED CHEMICALS THAT WOULD NOT HURT HER. HE CAME BACK SEVERAL TIMES AT NO CHARGE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK. HE LET US KNOW OF A TERMITE PROBLEM WE WERE HAVING AND ADVISED US OF WHAT TO DO.
Description of Work: RAT EXTERMINATOR, PLACED TRAPS OUTSIDE HOME AND UNDER HOUSE. SPRAYED EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE. CHECKED TRAPS DAILY TO ALL RATS WERE CAUGHT. SPRAYED FOR SPIDERS & ANTS.
