+ -1 moreCustomer service is terrible!!!! I set up an apportionment for an estimate, after several text messages back and forth. They decided I was to far out of thier service area. In their profile they list Entire Area. The only time I actually spoke to someone is when I called to set up the appointment for the estimate, all the rest of the communication was through text message. Which costs me 10 cents a message.
