They were helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to my Problem. I definitely will used them when it is time to clean my draperies.

This was the first time I used Eldon Drapery. John, the owner, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He was prompt, the drapes were cleaned and delivered as promised, and he worked **** ** reinstalling them. I was very satisfied with his service and will definitely use Eldon again.

Fantastic!! John was prompt with all appointments ranging from the estimate to taking the drapes down for cleaning and rehanging after being cleaned. The cleaning and rehanging was perfect. I might add also that three months after the rehanging the master carrier on the patio door traverse rod broke. I called Eldon Drapery to come out to repair it. John did it at no charge saying that it was part of the guarantee even though it was the original rod equipment. The screw on the master carrier apparently was loose and caused it to bend so the drapes wouldn't open. John said he probably should have noticed it when rehanging the drapes, What a joy it is to find good, old fashioned customer service along with a fair price. If I could give Eldon Drapery an A+++ rating I would.

It went excellent. The man who came and took down the drapes was extremely knowledable and helpful. He put plastic over the windows that face the street so we would have some privacy. I would highly recommend them.

The service with this company was amazing. We were having our floors redone, and we thought it would be a good time to get all of the draperies and shades dry cleaned. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, and Leo and the owner came out to the house. They showed me a few areas where the drapes had faded from the sun, and actually told me that they would move those inside seams to the other side so they wouldn't show . (I didn't even know that could be done). They even found a bathroom roman shade that I had forgotten to show them and said they would just throw it in to the original bid. I didn't need the draperies returned for a week or two, but they offered to bring them back whenever I needed them. When they returned, they fixed all of the drapery strings and sliding mechanisms, and re-hung everything. The draperies look beautiful (like new) and all of the loose pullies and broken brackets were replaced. This is a family owned company, and the owner came out himself with Leo (who was great). They do beautiful work, and they are very professional and also very reasonable. I will be having them out to do the entire upstairs and will recommend them to all of my friends. Excellent service, excellent work, excellent prices and very, very nice people.

My uncle recently passed away and my 92 year old aunt had not been unable to keep up with house cleaning. All room have drapes that are 25 years old and most have not been cleaned in years. John (owner) and Leo came to the house and determined that all could be successfully cleaned. They shared possible outcomes with fabric that old. All drapes cleaned beautifully but the living room drapes needed to be relined due to extreme sun damage. It was a number of weeks before the appropriate lining fabric was available from the manufacturer. Leo called weekly to apologize for the delay and provide an update. This is a local, family owned business that has been around for decades. They are all about an honest evaluation and service. They insisted on not charging for the labor for relining the living room drapes because it had taken so long. That was above and beyond as it was not their fault. I strongly recommend these great people with a great service!

Not cheap by any means, but it was a good-sized job, and they worked with us, stored the curtains until painters were done, and made it otherwise painless. They know their stuff and are very professional.

I found them to be very accommodating. The nice thing about it was they took the drapes down on December 2nd and had them back by December 5th so I was left without the drapes for only three days. The drapes came out very clean. I wouldn't call them inexpensive but the experience overall was very positive.

We took the drapes in on a Friday, were told they would be ready the next Friday. She estimated the cost to be $350.00. The drapes were ready on time and to our surprise the total cost was only $297.00. We were concerned because of cat hair and they hadn't been cleaned since we purchased them, they looked like new drapes even new hooks had been put in the drapes. We won't wait as long to get them cleaned again, definitely will take them to Eldon Drapery Cleaners.

John, the owner's, attitude is phenomenal!! He called, showed up on time, hung the drapes, supplied the hooks, and did several "extra" things. One thing he did was hang up a shade I was having problems with. He even went to my (nearby) son's house to look at some new drapes which weren't hanging properly, corrected the problem, then wouldn't take any money for it. You don't find people like that anymore.
