EL CAJON SHOWER DOOR & MIRROR

They had done a hallway shower with a wide door. I told him that I wanted the same wide door when he did my master bath. He put in a really small door. When I told him that I had told him I wanted a wide door, he said I did not tell the guy who came and measured. I asked if it wouldn't have been customary to ask and not assume. I went back and forth and finally I agreed to split the cost of the glass to replace that side but I thought I was getting screwed twice. He put in a wide door but then the glass was marred and I thought he got it discounted and it was defective. He blamed me and said that I was using something that I should not be using on it. He put all the blame on me and then said that he would make me a deal and sell me the glass at cost. I told him I was not going to pay three times for this shower glass. I said how did I not know it was defective and why couldn't he go back to the people that gave him the glass. He said he was sure it was not even covered any more. I told him what if I sued him. He said he closed down that business and said to go ahead and try because it does not even exist anymore. He sounds like he is that type of guy that opens and closes businesses and doesn't give a hoot. I am not paying three times for glass. He should have worked with the vendor to try and get the glass. It took me almost eight months to get him out here to come and look at it. I have bad glass and nobody can tell me what I can do about it. I would not use this company again in the future.
