Drain Solutions

Was one hour late, but did a thorough job, running the snake 3 times.

We'd been warned that there might be drainage issues when we had the pipes video-scoped during the inspections, and eventually water was coming up out of the clean out every time we took a shower, did laundry or even flushed the toilet. It got worse and worse and by Friday 5/24 I had to have it cleared. A friend had gone through a similar problem and recommended Drain Solutions.
I called at 7:00 PM on the Friday night of a three-day holiday weekend expecting an answering machine. Not only did a real person answer the phone, but he took the time to listen to my less-than-technical explanation of what was happening, discouraged me from opting for a more expensive solution, and then did it again when I called back a few minutes later because I was still not sure what I should do. Even when I was told someone would be there within the hour, I wasn't expecting to see anyone for awhile. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES later, Ronny was at my door and starting work. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES, on the FRIDAY NIGHT of a HOLIDAY weekend????? Unheard of, until now.
They were absolutely right, I didn't need the more expensive jetting service, the snake completely solved the problem. The price was beyond reasonable for the response time and the service. There was a small overtime charge for the night time call, but it was still a reasonable cost.
I hope I never need to clean that drain (or any other) again, but if I do, I promise you it will be Drain Solutions.

Jeremy was available to to come out right away, but I had to have my HOA shut off the water which required 72 hours notice. But Jeremy was very flexible and was available to come out during the time my HOA could shut off the water. He was here on time and examined the problem thoroughly, discovering that the problem was not a cracked pipe (which is the usual case) but poor installation done by the previous owner. He showed me the problem before starting work so I could see for myself (very reassuring!) and then quickly began to resolve the issue. He assured me that he could simply cut out the poorly installed pipe and replace it properly with a new one, resolving the problem once and for all. It only took him about an hour and a half to fix the problem and then my life was back to normal again.
I am beyond thrilled with his work and I will definitely use Drain Solutions again in the future if the need were to ever arise.
