As for their service, never got that far. Left a message (they don’t seem to answer their phone) inquiring about the service. Wasnt getting a call back so called again. They insisted that they called me 6 times, they had the right #. Whatever. Unlike other pest services who can quote an approximate estimate, they said they couldn’t do that. Still, I was happy they could come for an inspection in a couple days but then it turned out I had to cancel. Canceled 1st thing in the morning, by message again. Immediately get a call back saying and quot;You cancel this late? Oh thats real classy! Dont ever call me again!and quot;. Im stunned, Ive never written a review but he asked for it.Sorry, its no fun to have to cancel but it can happen unfortunately, would you want to do business with a company this arrogant? Yikes!

My experience with this company is they are very dishonest. The owner told me his worker told him one thing, and then was telling me another. They removed tiles from my roof, and told me they would be able to replace them. They have yet to find replacement tiles for me. The sub-terrain work was not done right, and the owner admitted to this. They told me they would send someone to re-do the work, and this has not been done yet. Throughout the process, no one ever came to check on the work that was being done. At my own expense, I had to replace my entire roof. The owner suggested I tack this fee on to my listing price for my home.

They arrived on time, and set up quickly. When done, got phone call about the clearance, and we were good to go. They were very careful on the tile roof.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS OUTSTANDING. THEY CAME IN AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY CAME AND DID THEIR JOB JUST LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. HE SEEMED TO TAKE HIS TIME AND REALLY DO A THOROUGH JOB. WE HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH PEST CONTROL SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN SPRAYING OUR YARD. A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY.

THEY CAME RIGHT ON THE DATE AND TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND THEIR PERSON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY GAVE US A 90 DAY GUARANTEE THAT WE WOULD BE ANT FREE AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY ANTS WELL OVER 90 DAYS NOW. I RECOMMENDED THEIR SERVICE TO A FRIEND.
