My AC had went out just before the weekend. I knew that with the current heatwave, it was going to be difficult to get a technician out. I called Cano on Saturday evening and was surprised that they were able to schedule an appointment for me early on Sunday...nobody comes out on Sundays! Javier showed up on time and went to work. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair immediately. In no time, we had our AC back. What really surprised me was that he charged an unbelievably fair price for his time and expertise. I expect that some of the very large companies might have taken advantage of our situation to add some fees...not Cano AC! They were fair and honest...and I appreciate that! Javier gave me crucial tips on how I can prolong the life of my older unit. A new HVAC unit isn't something we can easily afford. Instead of trying to upsell a new unit that I can't afford, he told me how to extend the life of the one I have. That kind of professionalism and honesty is rare!

Very nice company and they did a great job. Started the job with a $2500 bid and ended up with $3700. Some of the extra I understand but I think they padded it a little because we had no choice. Better than other AC companies in San Diego County

After about a month of comparing estimates and doing my due diligence, I ended up with Cano Heating and Air. None of the companies came close to the professionalism Javier and Nate provided. They take pride in their work and they install as if they are installing it for themselves. They are highly recommended!!!!

We had the BEST experience this evening with Cano heating & air! Our central heat has been broken in our home for over two weeks and we were miserable! With me being pregnant and having two young children on our home, not having heat during the winter was horrible. We called other places that didnâ  t want to give any advice, but just wanted to charge a minimum $250 to come out AND they all (without looking) kept saying we needed a new furnace! ($3000+)!!!!!! With just having Christmas this was out of our price range. My husband called Cano at 1:00 today and the woman who answered was BEYOND helpful! She talked with my husband and gave him advice without pressuring him to pay them to come out! When my husband did decide fo have them come out, they were able to come out SAME DAY !!!!! (asi said 2 weeks) When the technician (Javier) arrived he was more then helpful! He found the problem immediately and to our surprise, it was less then $200 to fix!!! He fixed it on the spot and we are now relaxing in our warm cozy home while it pours rain outside. So grateful for this team and highly recon them!!!!!! Family owned and they genuinely care! They are also alpine local so we live supporting local businesses and will continue supporting them!

We just have all new ductwork installed in the attic three days ago. Javier, the owner, recommended Ecobee smart thermostat. He patiently instructed me how to use it after installation. There is a lifetime warranty on ductwork workmanship and labor. Javier surprised us by offering us one year of free furnace and A/C, 2 visits maintenance. The price for the duck work is fair and the heating system works beautifully. I would highly recommend Cano Heating.

Javier did quality work for a very reasonable price. He was up front on the best furnace we could purchase and was flexible on scheduling the install. All in all a very good experience.

I am 64 years old, have owned, fixed up, 6-7 properties. I have also had Sales teams work for me. Javier Cano represents all the quality, honesty, and (take the extra steps) technicians you want to hire. He gave an honest first Quote, lower than others and lower than the other guys ( 2nd quote) There were no hidden fees, the quote listed price parts, labor, and was clearly transparent. We replaced my 88 years old Mother-in Laws furnace and Javier went above and beyond helping her with every question and concern, including Thermostat tutorial. He replaced to a new location the Thermostat and helped her with her water heater, no charge. Cano Heating was everything you hope for when you hire someone. Please consider hiring him, he does not have the overhead or expenses the Big guys have, but he passes the difference to the customer. I used 3 quotes using the same Furnace Brand. Javier saved me from $400-600 with quality work. Thank you.
