+ -1 moreWE PURCHASED THIS SPA FROM THE COMPANY BUT OUR WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND FAIR PRICED FOR THE REPLACEMENT PARTS AND LABOR THAT WAS REQUIRED.
Description of Work: OUR SPA WAS MAKING A FUNNY NOISE WHEN THE JETS WERE RUNNING. A REPAIRMAN CAME OUT, FOUND THE PROBLEM AND SUGGESTED SOME CHEMICALS TO IMPROVE OUR WATER CONDITION.

+ -1 moreI OWN A COMPETITOR'S SPA BUT AM NOT IMPRESSED BY THEIR SERVICE, SO I WENT TO MY LOCAL CALDERA SPA STORE TO SEE ABOUT FIXING MY MOTOR AND INSTEAD ENDED UP PURCHASING A NEW MOTOR AND HAVING IT INSTALLED. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD AND THE NEW MOTOR WORKS MUCH MORE EFFICIENTLY THEN THE OLD ONE. IT'S A LOT QUIETER TOO! THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND SEEM TO REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF.
Description of Work: I HAD A NEW MOTOR INSTALLED IN MY JACUZZI.
