It went really well problem was found right away. I just wish the technician checked the backflow valve in the very beginning of the search for the leak. It turned out that the test with all the high tech stuff wasnt needed. Maybe could of saved a few bucks ......

Everything went well, the technician was very experienced and found the leak. He advised me on possible repair choices to tell the plumbers. This company does leak detection only. I was very pleased with them.

The person who showed up was professional and thorough. Although the detection cost around $240 or so, CPL was upfront with the cost from the start. There were no hidden fees, nothing shifty. I hope I don't have to, but if I needed to, I'd use them again for a similar service.

The CPL technician spent considerable time looking looking for the leak. He concluded it was coming from the upstairs master shower but couldn't be certain because the sub floor was blocking his view. The plumbers came back who recommended CPL. On their first visit, the plumber said they could keep looking by making more holes in walls in addition to the kitchen ceiling hole they already made. CPL could find the leak within 4 inches, he said. On their next visit, after CPL, the plumbers said they didn't believe CPL's conclusion. With 3 plumbers and 3 more holed walls, the plumber found the leak was from the pool solar heating system on the roof. Plumbers charged $478 for their time, CPL charged $370. I paid the plumbers to find the leak CPL should've found. CPL refunded me only $100 because they said they don't detect roof leaks. I'm very dissatisfied with CPL.

Mark with CPL arrived on time. He listened to our concern regarding damp area in the master bedroom slab. Mark made a Flash drive of all the camera work done and labeled the “3 lines” for future use. Mark also used black tape and yellow crayon to mark the location of the lines under the slab and located the path of the cooper water lines to our “island” sink. We took pictures of the direction and location of lines for future use and then removed the tape from the floors. Mark explained that CPL does not do repair work or recommend vendors to use.

Two employees came out to detect a slab leak in our basement apartment. They had to make a few access holes, but cut neatly into the walls. Access was restricted and challenging because it was under the stairs. They found the leak and marked it clearly for the plumbers to come in and fix it later.

CPL worked with my schedule. Donny was on time, professional, and informative. I feel he went above and beyond, making sure I made good decisions that in the end helped my independent plumber resolve the issue.

The technician David was professional, pinpointed the leak with minimal drywall cuts & the plumber was thrilled with his work & was able to quickly verify the leak to perform the repair quickly. I highly recommend using CPL & am very grateful to David for his hard work & expertise, which were invaluable during a very stressful situation.

Donny did a great job. He found everything and kept me updated on what he was doing. He was so knowledgeable and I appreciated his honesty.

The inspection went very well. After an extensive check of all possible water sources it was determined by the CPL expert that my residence had no water leak. This was after a two hour examination conducted by the CPL expert. During this examination which included all potential water sources i.e. irrigation, pool and all plumbing, the CPL employee allowed me the freedom to follow him around. The CPL expert explained in easy to understand language the entire process. I was very satisfied and at the end of the examination I was provided a detailed written report. I have forwarded this report to the local water department.

During HVAC installation a gas leak was discovered. We needed immediate service for leak detection and line mapping. CPL was there within two hours and found the leak, as well as, mapped the pipe for us. Great response and service.

Mr. Carper put a lot of effort and did an excellent job. It was not an easy task. The pipe was at least 2ft under concrete slab. The leak was found exactly under the spot where he made his mark on cement. Worth every cent we paid !

Jake came out and found the leak within an hour. He explained what was wrong and made marking for plumber to repair. Jake was efficient and professional. These people are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

They came promptly, identified the pipe that had sprung a leak in the attic, and got it stopped (by turning off the hot water). This was on a weekend, so I was charged the emergency rate -- but they did apply the Angies List discount.
