Job went very well. Well worth it. Quality work! From start to completion I was very impressed. When I see BBB on a company website I know I'm in good hands. Every phone call, text and email was extremely professional. The high tech equipment used was very impressive and the technician was very thorough. It was a checkmate in my situation. It was determined that the leak was on the HOA side, not my property. Thank you CPL!!

overall, good. I expected numerous wall and ceiling openings to install an overhead system, but was a bit shocked at the number and size of some of them that I must still have to replace with the pieces that were cut out and saved.

CPL precisely pinpointed the location of my hot water pipe slab leak. They did a thorough job and marked the length of all the pipes under the slab -- which may be helpful for me at some future time. I'm very pleased with CPL.

Went very well - onsite personnel contacted me quickly upon arrival and kept in touch with me throughout the repair and sent photos of exactly where the leak was found. They marked the area so that a plumber could come out and repair.

The entire detection procedure went very well. The technician arrived on time, was polite, asked what I needed done and explained exactly what he would do to find the leak. He was professional and intent on getting the job done. It took about an hour an a half to isolate the leak. His answers to all my questions made a lot of sense and helped me get a better idea of how I should proceed to fix the leak. I would definitely hire CPL again if the need ever arises.

Chris was an exceptional technician. He even spent extra time finding the problem when four other people couldn’t! He was able to find the source and we had the tub fixed instead of having to replace it. Saved thousands of dollars!

The tech (Mike) completed the investigation and pinpointed the leak in about an hour. My insurance company hires THEIR OWN leak detection company, but their guy arrived and quickly agreed with Mike's findings & they used his report and re-route diagram. I expected to have to eat the fee for CPL, since jumped the gun I didn't know Wawanesa Insurance wanted their own opinion, BUT the insurance company reimbursed me.

Successful. The young man that came in to do the work was polite, thorough, and explained all the work that he was doing, in a manner that we were able to understand very clearly. We were very 24well satisfied by his work.

Terrible. They couldnt find the leak but rather guessed where it was. When I hired labor to tear up driveway where they indicated the leak was it turned out to be completely elsewhere. When I asked politely for my money back, I was denied. Even though their technician came back a second time and admitted he didn't nor couldnt find the leak. Shame on them for charging me and refusing a refund. I would highly recommend staying away from this company

Professional service and prompt service

Very well. Steven and his partner did a thorough inspection where the leak was originating from by using all the devices available to them. They marked them with tapes for the plumbers who would do the repair.
