Description of Work: We needed CPL to figure out the source of a water leak. It turned out that we had two problems - on leak was the dishwasher (easy to detect for him) and the other (not so easy to detect) was a leak in the concrete slab under the house. Thankfully the technician did not stop once he found the leak from the dishwasher, but kept going until he found the problem in our concrete slab. It was good news/bad news. He found the leak but we were then out of the house for 2 months while everything was fixed. We are so grateful to CPL at their thoroughness, excellent, prompt service.

Description of Work: So wonderful to call a business and have an immediate response for service. Within a short time, Steven Ancira arrived at our house to use ground penetrating radar and other technology to find a major water leak in our house. Steve is a real professional: knowledgeable and thorough. He was sensitive to our concerns over the size of the problem and answered many questions we posed to him. After he completed the work and marked the location of the leak for the plumbers to begin their work, we felt completely reassured that we were on the road to a solution. If we had need of this type of service (hope that never happens!), we would use this company and this professional again. And clearly we would recommend them to anyone with this need.

 + -1 moreTHE TECHNICIAN CAME QUICKLY, WAS SOCIAL, PLEASANT AND VERY CAPABLE. THE TOOLS HE USED WERE VARIED AND SUCCESSFULLY LOCATED THE PROBLEM PIPE. THIS COMPANY CHARGES A FLAT $220.00 FEE PER PIPE ALLOWING UP TO 2 HOURS TO LOCATE THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK, WITH CHARGES ADDED BEYOND 2 HOURS. IN EACH INSTANCE USING THIS COMPANY THE LEAK WAS FOUND IN UNDER 30 MINUTES. WE HAD A SECOND AREA WE REQUESTED TO BE CHECKED WHILE HE WAS HERE BUT WOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED ANOTHER $220.00, OUCH. ONE MUST ALSO REMEMBER THEY DETECT ONLY, THEY DO NOT DO ANY REPAIRS.
Description of Work: LOCATED THE RUPTURED PIPE WHICH WAS RESULTING IN A CASCADE OF WATER DOWN OUR DRIVEWAY. THIS WAS OUR SECOND TIME TO CALL THIS COMPANY TO FIND THE SOURCE OF A LEAK.
