Bottom line, he is a rip off!! He is advertising via Groupon Coupons which are purchased by unsuspecting consumers, then after he receives the money, he doesn't answer phone/email requests for carpet cleaning appointment...or when I finally did get him on the phone after many phone/email attempts since mid Dec 2016, we made an appointment for Feb 8, 2017 and he did not show up nor has he returned any of my calls since!! Got ripped off.....and can't believe he is still in business!!

Iam sorry that you feel that you are ripped off, but please understand one most important thing about groupon, we do not get any money that you paid them until the work is. Completed by us and then your voucher is redeemed, at that point groupon forwards the portion due us, your voucher was never reseemed and we never received any of your money, the incentive is for us to. Complete the work so we do get paid. We did text you to reschedule and you did not get back to us. Also very important we have been with groupon for almost three years with an 85% rating. We would gladly reschedule an appointment for you and we answered your other reviews letting you know that, now that you know we do not get your money until the work is done please correct your review with the right information, thank you, and we will look forward in rescheduling with you

CJ is the owner and he wanted his customers to be happy. He also came back to stretched the carpet and washed our patio. I will work with him again. I got the 2 bedroom deal and then added scotch guard for additional $20.

It went great. He showed up on time, and cleaned everything well. He even got most of the blue ink out of a spot that had previously been cleaned by other carpet cleaners who were unsuccessful at removing the spot. Charges were as follows: $82.00 - Angie's List big deal for carpet cleaning 2 rooms and 1 hallway $22.00 - extra to clean stairs $35.00 - blue ink stain removal $89.00 - grout cleaning in kitchen. Thank you for doing a great job!

Most places have a minimum fee even if you only need carpeted stairs cleaned. CJ is very fair and reasonable. He only charged $40. He believes in the highest quality service at fair prices given the work to be done. He's prompt, friendly and has integrity. He wants to do his best and he wants all his clients to be happy with his service. Great experience! I highly recommend him!

CJ cleaned two sets of stairs with landings and also three pieces of furniture with several decorative pillows for $70! The old saying and quot;You get what you pay forand quot; does NOT apply to CJ's services! He did a very diligent job cleaning up my new puppy's messes on the stairs and my furniture looks wonderful. He is very friendly too and I highly recommend him...and to think Stanley Steamers quoted $200 just for the stairs!

Not good, my husband was not happy.
Description of Work: There was dirt all on the edges of my khaki micro fiber couch. I asked why it was still dirty and he said he tried to get the dirt out. After the couch dried it looked WORSE than when he started because there were water spots everywhere which makes it look really dirty. I took a white sock and got it wet and went over the dirty edges and the dirt was coming off just fine. I don't know what he did exactly because I had to leave to pick up my kids. When I got back in 50 minutes they were all done and sitting in the van waiting for me. Now I have to pay someone else to clean it again, what a waste.

I have been cleaning furniture and carpet in the San Diego Community for over 28 years, and If you look at the reviews all over the internet you will see we have always provided excellent results at very good prices. Why is it that all our reviews our great, because we stand by our work and work to get good reviews. It just does not make sense that we would deliberatly not clean a couch to its best ability to risk our reputation. Her couch was dirty, she did use cleaners before she called us to clean it, and never did she contact us to come back and clean it. She emailed me to tell me she did not like the way the couch came out and had to hire someone else to clean it because why would she want someone to caome back when they did not cleane it to her satisfaction to begin with. In my opinion the couch had some water spots and was dirty in areas. Had she called someone else or us, the second cleaning would probably do the trick. It is very difficult to make everyone completly satisfied but we do try. All we ask for is the person to call us and let us know of the problem so we can fix it. It also seems she is saying we did not clean it because she went away for 50 minutes. Again, we have many customers we meet in the morning before they go to work and again I would say look at our reviews, you will not see any of the problems this customer is addressing. Had she called us and let us come back to address these issues, she may be very happy as our other customers are. Calling us last, and having someone else address it without us ever getting a chance to see what happened leaves us bewildered. 28 years and never this problem. Called around for an upholstery person to clean my large sectional couch. CJ Frank gave me a guaranteed quote over the phone at the best price quote I could find and stressed that the quote would not change upon completion of service. He's available 7 days a week. I called on Saturday and wanted it cleaned asap as I just bought the couch used and wanted to get it cleaned quickly. He got me in the next day (Sunday) at 8am. He was punctual, explained everything to me in terms of process and cleaned the couch very quickly (60 minutes). Very happy with the result.
