Description of Work: C &J put up a new sliding gate on our driveway. They provided a great solution to a problem we had with the yard where we thought we couldn't have a fully sliding gate. They provided the cheapest and highest value bid due to their creativity. Definitely would use them again.

Description of Work: Removed old fence. Had excellent ideas on new fence design. Custom gate and garage door made and installed with redwood fencing three and a third sides of lot. All excellent,timely work.

Description of Work: I contacted C&J along with with another contractor to inquire about options for a pedestrian gate. My call went directly to voicemail when calling both providers, and I left messages with each. C&J took nearly a week to call me back. By that time we had already met with, received a proposal from, and begun working with the other contractor. I may never understand why businesses can't call people back in a timely fashion. If they aren't looking for new customers they should leave an outgoing message that states they are currently booked out. Let people know what to expect - don't leave them hanging waiting for a call back that comes too late.

Description of Work: Our condo complex is in the process of evaluating quotes for a new fence. We asked for a quote from C&J. He came out within a reasonable time period and explained all of the options from wood to vinyl. I had further communication via email and phone where I was able to get even more detail. We are still undecided and debating the budgets internally so we may use them.

Description of Work: The contractor was excellent. He showed up promptly and used true craftsmanship to do the job. We were left with an attractive fence done with quality materials. The cleanup was spotless and they hauled away all the lumber from the old fence. Kudos to you, George.

Description of Work: Bill is a class act. I've hired him a number of times and he's always come through on time on budget adn delivered qualiity work. In the past, he's built a wooden rail around my patio, long poles for my shade sails (similar to flag poles), and this time I've had him build a hen house. No matter what, he'll discuss options for you, price it , and deliver as promised. I'd definately recommend C&J Fence to friends without hesitation.
