I will advise others not to use the company. They are not professional. They wasted their customer's time because they'll never show up.

Keith is great to work with and his tiling work is beautiful. He installed a shower kit and tiled the shower walls, shower floor and bathroom floor. He is efficient, clean and his prices are competitive. We highly recommend Keith for any tile work.

The initial contact person was professional and we contracted him to do the work. The worker who subsequently showed up to perform the work was rude, discourteous and with a very bad attitude, and therefore he was not appreciated nor will ever be recommended.

Keith Burns did a great job putting in new bathroom tile in the tub/shower area. I priced several companies and Keith's bid was very competitive. He was prompt, efficient, professional and did a beautiful job. Keith explained the job process thoroughly and made some very good suggestions as to the pattern of the tile. I took his adviise and am very happy the the outcome. He is new to Angie's List as of the date of this report but don't let that deter you from calling him for a bid. He does have many years of experience. I'm sure there will be more positive reports about Keith's work in the future.
